Detaily
Discover the treasures of Pisa’s Piazza del Duomo with a single ticket granting access to the Baptistery, Camposanto, Opera del Duomo Museum, and Sinopie Museum. This flexible ticket lets you explore some of Italy’s most significant medieval and Renaissance monuments, all set within the city’s UNESCO-listed square—without including the Leaning Tower. Begin your visit at the Baptistery of San Giovanni, the largest baptistery in Italy, renowned for its harmonious marble architecture and extraordinary acoustics. Experience the unique sound demonstration performed every half hour, and admire the intricate floor mosaics and the historic pulpit by Nicola Pisano. Continue to the monumental Camposanto, a serene cloistered cemetery adorned with evocative frescoes such as Buffalmacco’s “Triumph of Death” and the “Last Judgement.” Stroll through marble corridors lined with Roman sarcophagi and sepulchral monuments dedicated to Pisa’s most notable citizens. Your ticket also includes entry to the Opera del Duomo Museum, where you’ll find masterpieces of sculpture and sacred art, including works by Giovanni Pisano and Spinello Aretino. Explore galleries filled with liturgical objects, textiles, and ancient manuscripts, all thoughtfully displayed in a recently awarded architectural setting. At the Sinopie Museum, uncover the hidden artistry behind Pisa’s frescoes by viewing the original sinopias—preparatory drawings that reveal the creative process of medieval masters. Cathedral (Duomo) Admission: Admission to Pisa Cathedral is included with your ticket in the form of a free pass, allowing you to visit at any time during regular opening hours. If you only wish to visit the Cathedral without any other tickets, limited fixed-time passes are available exclusively at the on-site ticket offices and cannot be reserved in advance. Free admission without a ticket is granted only to persons with disabilities (plus their helper) and visitors under 11 years old, accompanied by an adult, with valid identification or proof of entitlement. Please remember that the Cathedral is a place of worship and prayer. Dress and behave respectfully at all times. Shawls are available for purchase in the onsite museum bookshops, supporting environmental and social initiatives. Groups of six or more must use radio guides for explanations within the Cathedral, in respect of the quiet required by this sacred place. During Masses and special ceremonies, access for visitors is restricted, photography is not permitted, and guides or escorts may not give explanations. Enjoy the freedom to visit each monument in any order and at your own pace. The experience concludes in the heart of Piazza del Duomo, leaving you perfectly placed to continue exploring Pisa’s vibrant historic center.
