During the visit, we will take you on a journey to discover the world of extra virgin olive oil, illustrating all stages of production, from the care of the olive trees to the transformation of the olives into oil. We will share our history, the organic agronomic practices we adopt, and the deep bond that unites us with the land. The route winds through our olive groves and allows you to get a close look at both the young olive trees of the new plantation, planted just two years ago, and the trees of the old plantation, which are over 40 years old. A unique opportunity to understand the life cycle of the olive tree and see how it grows and develops over time. The experience continues with a guided food tasting of our EVO oil, during which you will learn to recognize its distinctive characteristics and quality, accompanied by a selection of typical local products. To complete the route, there is a guided tasting of our own wines, to discover their aromas, fragrances and nuances in an authentic setting surrounded by the olive groves of Salento.
