Immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of Liguria and learn the art of traditional Italian cooking in a 16th-century private house in Riomaggiore. Our culinary journey begins with a refreshing glass of prosecco, followed by a hands-on cooking experience where you'll create three beloved Italian classics: Pesto, Trofie pasta, and Tiramisù - all from scratch! We'll start by crafting our signature Tiramisù, carefully preparing it to chill in the refrigerator while we move on to the highlight of our culinary adventure: crafting the perfect Genoese Pesto using traditional techniques passed down through generations. You'll learn the secret to making this iconic sauce, just like Nonna used to make! Next, we'll dive into creating the region's signature Trofie pasta, which you'll then enjoy with your freshly made Pesto sauce and a glass of wine, all while indulging in the rich history and cultural traditions behind Ligurian cuisine. Finally, we'll indulge in the creamiest, most divine Tiramisù - the perfect sweet treat to cap off our culinary escapade.
