LikedLocation is the only good thing

DislikedNothing electronic apart from the extension lead worked. No working hairdryer or air conditioning unit. Black stains on the walls under the window - could be mould! No towels were given on check in in the room. We had to request for them and then continue to request for cleans towels each day despite indicating they were dirty by placing them into the bath. I was disappointed by the unfriendly reception staff, not sure if it is Italian etiquette or they just aren’t used to seeing brown faces. Incredibly unhelpful and short with their responses when asked anything

LikedThe location is perfect. Restau and other shops are within reach. The Termini station is less than 10min walk. The staff are great as well. I have requested for a change of room because the first one they gave got some issues, and the new room is way better than the 1st.

DislikedClogged drainage of the shower area, this room is at the 6th floor, but as mentioned they changed our room on the 2nd day. The color of the curtains can be improved as well. The hotel appropriate category is more of a 3.5 rather than 4-star :)
