Atlante Garden Hotel

LikedThe location is perfect, with few best restaurants around as well as the main shopping street 5 mins away. It is walkable distance to all main attractions. The staff is very nice, the beds were very comfortable.

DislikedBathrooms need a bit of renovation as the water was leaking from the shower/jacuzzi. Would be nice to have slippers provided. We took a room which was shaking from the subway train passing by, but they provided a better room upon request.

LikedThe location was great, the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was great and fantastic value.

DislikedThe only small thing was there was a bar but it was not open, we would have loved to sit there at night for a drink.

DislikedPlease fire the old man at the front desk, he is racist and rude to customers, this kind of garbage will lower the image of the hotel, don‘t stay at this hotel, the old man at the front desk will speak rudely to customers, he will ask you to leave this hotel and stay somewhere else, the hotel facilities are old and the service awareness is very poor

DislikedThe old man who checked in at the front desk had a very bad service attitude and was racist. He asked guests to leave the hotel and stay elsewhere when they were alone. He pretended to be very friendly when colleagues were present. He had no sense of service at all. The hotel facilities were very old. Don‘t go there. If the executives of this hotel see this comment, they should fire this old man immediately. You can check the surveillance video.
