LikedThe location

DislikedThe hotel is totally overpriced. The location is unbeatable but the room itself is very basic. There are cracks on the wall, the beds have wheels attached to worn-out wooden frames, the water pressure of the shower is poor, the toilet doesn’t flush well. This is not the standard I expected when it cost €320 per night! The staff are nice but it is just not worth the money. We stayed in another hotel nearby at about the same price before. The room was a lot better.

LikedWe had never visited Rome before so found this location to be perfect for visiting all the famous landmarks. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts were brilliant and staff were all friendly and helpful.

LikedStuff, location and breakfast was good but the room was really not nice, old and ugly.

DislikedI really didnt like the room, very old and ugly , damage furniture, not clean room, so much dust on glass shelves and everywhere…..🤦‍♀️ No bar or lobby at the hotel. 😕

DislikedHigh cost for old tired facility. problems with door lock wouldn't open; limited electric plugs; sound system had broken dial; grumpy staff; weak breakfast offering.
