LikedFront desk staff were helpful and friendly. Location is close to Piazza Navona but taxi or uber to most monuments.

DislikedFront Lobby creates poor first impression - tiny front desk behind a curtain and feels very old and unwelcoming. Our first thought was disappoinment. Reviews we read were not accurate to our experience. Lounge is very small and service was poor. Included breakfast had very small selection. Rooms updated but bed was terrible - memory foam that was well beyond its time. 2nd bed is only a pullout couch that was not usable as so uncomfortable . We felt like we were entering a jail cell every time we opened the door and buzzer went off! Rooftop patio sadly not open. In our opinion this is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star, expensive for what it offers.

LikedBreakfast and location were good. Staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom in room 19 was very nice and quite large.

DislikedRooms 19 and 20 clearly used to have a connecting door, which is now behind the (too small) wardrobe in room 19. The sound proofing of this previous doorway is very poor, so we could clearly hear voices from room 20 and felt that this compromised privacy.
