LikedThe location is great.
DislikedI don't know about the other rooms but we got a room facing the main street - the noise is constant! The windows didn't block out noise and the street is busy at night and very early in the morning with trash trucks, deliveries to shops etc. Also, the shutter was broken so it didn't block out the light. There wasn't a kettle to make tea The bed mattress is just awful (very cheap with springs) The pillows - extremely uncomfortable The noise in the room from outside was just very annoying

LikedGood hotel in a great location - as central as it gets. Very friendly owner.
DislikedAdvertised beforehand but no wifi. No fault of the building but no lift. Not a negative but if you're a light sleeper the bells from the cathedral will wake you up!

LikedThe location was fantastic and the staff were lovely. Also loved that there was a sink in the room so we didn’t need to go to the shared bathroom all the time.

LikedThe owner lady was so smiling and welcoming. The room was clean and we had private shower. The location quite close to duomo and center.
DislikedThe owner lady bothered us constantly asking when we arrive eventhough we said we do not know exactly. We said that we will arrive in indicated check-in time but she asked again and again. I even thought to cancel my reservation. As a tourist I do not need to have that punctuality and indicate exact time. The street where the hotel is located is quite noisy in the night and morning.
