LikedGreat location, facilities and service; staff at reception were not too friendly but correct, professional and polite at all times. A shout out to Valeria at breakfast who went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortably seated and served our hot drinks promptly - always with a wide smile, Thank you.

DislikedBreakfast bacon looked like it was fried and had a ton of oil in it - nice tasting but a bit off putting and not in tune with the quality of other food served in the buffet. Our bedroom window overlooked the emergency stairs that, unfortunately, were quite noisy around 8 am everyday.

LikedWe enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice and in a great location. The front desk staff are super friendly! The breakfast was great as well.

DislikedMy only complaints would be that I would have liked fluffier pillows and the pancakes at breakfast were served cold.
