LikedThe location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and transportation. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bed and high-quality linens that ensured a good night's sleep. The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the balcony of our room opened to the canal on which the gondolas floated. That was great. Since it was our honeymoon, we very much appreciated the nice gesture made by the hotel management.

DislikedUnfortunately, there were no disposable slippers, cotton wool or earwax necessary for personal care.

LikedThe room was large for European standards. The decor was elegant. The hotel was next door to the hotels peaceful public park. A wonderful place to catch your breath and relax. The hotel was close to the boat transportation dock.

DislikedThe bathroom had tinted block glass the length of the bathroom door. It was odd to us to be able to see my spouse through the glass while using the bathroom.

LikedDifficult to say as the hotel cancelled our stay at 1:30pm the day of our arrival i.e. while we were en route to Venice.

DislikedThe hotel cancelled our stay at 1:30pm the day of our arrival and bundled us into a nearby modern chain hotel (totally unlike the boutique canal side experience promised by the Papadopoli; and had the cheek to charge to same price. No real options offered to compensate for the problems compounded by fairly brusque treatment.
