LikedLocation was perfect. Next to the tower of Pisa. Just thought that the hotel could have been a bit more helpful. we arrived early because of the transport, but we could not get anybody on the phone. Lucky enough a couple who stayed there let us in and gave us a different number. There somebody answered but told us that they were not working yet and that we should come back at 15.00 hrs. so we left our bags at the receptions which was empty and went with our planned tour first. For the rest all was ok I guess

DislikedNo hot water. Only 1 roll of bath tissue, and when we went to front desk to get more, no one was there. Had to buy our own.

LikedThe location is just incredible- the view from the room is amazing, feels like you can touch the leaning tower. Rooms are good size at a good price. The reception (we were welcomed by Paulo) are super nice and helpful at any time.

DislikedAbsolutely Nothing

LikedThe location is top! Exactly what I imagined, just in front of Pisa Tower, with the bonus of several restaurants nearby.

DislikedThe eletricity in our room went down two times during the afternoon. The person which was in the reception tried to solve it and got the eletricity back both times. The second time, we asked if everything was solved, otherwise we wanted to change rooms. We were assured that everything was ok, although it tryed for the first time to blame us for using too much eletric equipments (at the moment, we had ONLY turn the lights on). I the evening (between 11PM as 12AM), we tryed to turn the "AC" on, to refresh the room, but there was only hot air running. After some minutes, the lights went down and we were again without eletricity in the room. There was no one in the reception, we tryed to call the emergency number for several times (at last 6), then to the reception, but NO answer. Since we were at midnight, without eletricity, I addressed a complaint through booking and 15 minutes later they answered through booking messages. Unacceptable customer!!! And lastly, the alleged AC was just a heater...

LikedGreat location and very clean room with lovely friendly staff. The lady that cleaned the rooms was lovely and very helpful.

DislikedThe safe in the room didn’t work and the room was noisy. I think it was the air conditioning units on the wall outside.
