LikedVery clean. Staff helped to carry suitcase up the stairs. Staff were very helpful and changed the room as I didn’t want to use the lift. They also arranged the taxi for me.

LikedStaff were very friendly and helpful. In particular we were impressed with the lady who checked us in who we witnessed being fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. Great location and close to the train station. Room was clean.
