LikedThis isn’t a 4* hotel. Staff did everything they could. Very very tired and shabby rooms. Bath was blocked so standing in our own water to shower but the staff managed to unblock. It was surprisingly cold in Naples and they gave us extra blankets which were not laundered.

LikedRestaurant staff on breakfast was unpolite and made the clients feel like they are disturbing their morning. Shame

DislikedAll services were beliw standard. If you reserve King De Luxe room be prepared that it is windowles prison cell on the attick of the building without lift connection. All furniture is from recycle yard and only mirror is small bathroom mirror. Terible misleading on their marketing.
