LikedComfortable stay, fit for the price, paid but safe parking (£10 daily), friendly staff. Breakfast was decent in taste but lots of options. If i travel to pisa again, i would definitely stay here again.

LikedThe rooms are spotless. Very clean. The staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. I was running late and contacted them via the app, and they responded immediately. Location-wise it is about 20 minute walk from the tower, and 20 minute drive from the airport. Very convenient. For a family, you are provided essentially with 2 connected rooms. Big parking and nice breakfast.
DislikedThe guests should be aware that while the hotel is classed as a 4 star, the rooms are quite clinical and dated. There is pretty much nothing in the room in terms of amenities. The hotel does inform you about that, but I couldn't believe that there is no coffee machine, extra towels, etc. But again, the hotel does inform you about it. In terms of noise due to the busy road and train nearby, it is could be a problem if you are a light sleeper (we slept fine)
