LikedThe staff were welcoming. The situation was excellent and the breakfast room/cafe was pleasant.

Dislikedthe website/hotel we believe might have made an error with our booking and reserved the room for the same day that i booked it (whilst in england) . the hotel refused to assist and change the date, despite having availability on the correct date. They were extremely unhelpful and frankly disgusting in the way they treated us and refused to refund our payment, which they pocketed for doing nothing. we contacted Booking .com who said they'd be in touch with the hotel , we never heard anything back. This problem could have been resolved so easily with a common sense approach and a bit of consideration towards us - AVOID THIS HOTEL

LikedA small, charming hotel right in the middle of Pisa, close to the Arno, the main area for eating out and not far from the Piazza dei Miraculi. Located at a small piazza, it is very quiet, I could sleep with the window open even on the weekend. The staff is very nice and helpful, the room was clean and cozy, with a nice view out onto the piazza. Having the café downstairs to get breakfast, cake or a drink any time of the day is also quite handy. Having breakfast there is also incredibly cheap (compared to usual hotel breakfast rates). The rooms have a good A/C system, which I didn't even need because the rooms stay cool (unless it is mid-summer, I assume).

DislikedThe WiFi was not stable, sometimes I had to wait for half an hour for it to come back (but then the connection was fairly good). Also, the shower in my room was slightly damaged, with the shower head not staying where it should be.
