LikedStaff is super friendly and always maintained our room. The hotel is a short walk from the Duomo (about 15 minutes) and the main shopping area. Hotel felt safe and luxurious.

LikedWell located hotel on Corso Buenos Aires, 50m from the closest Metro station. Impressive and chic entrance, lobby, and reception. Efficient reception staff. Ariel in particular was very friendly and helpful. My mother, who has accessibility issues was upgraded to a deluxe room, which had no internal steps, this was very much appreciated. Breakfast was of an excellent quality, and Vanina who served us was very friendly. The showers in both rooms were excellent. The beds were very very good. The rooms had windows that opened, so we could have fresh air. My mother's room was near the lift, which was much appreciated. The neighbourhood around Porta Venezia is very lively and much to our liking.

DislikedSome of rooms seem to be newer than others, and while sometimes on Booking.com the room names/descriptions are maybe not as clear as they would be on the hotel's website. We booked a "Superior Premium Queen Room", and found it to be fine, but not very Premium or Superior. My mother, who was originally in a "Superior Double Room" and received the free upgrade, had a room which more closely matched the photos of the rooms. I think the older style has a darker colour palate which makes the room look smaller. The hotel had two lifts, but one of them was out of service on the last day/morning, which meant there was sometimes a good five minute wait while the lift stopped at each floor and/or arrived full and only some people could get on. After checkout, when we asked the concierge/reception to organise a taxi for us to Linate, we were immediately told it would be €99. I of course protested as the cost should be around €25, and the concierge kind of backtracked and said this would be the cost for a private airport transfer. A taxi was organised in the end (and the cost did end up being around €25), but I wanted to specifically point this out as I feel someone who did not already know the city, or only knew Malpensa, would just accept what they were told and have to cough up €75 more than they needed to (I'm sure a significant portion of that would have been commission for the hotel as well).

LikedDidn't eat here. Checked the menu but it didn't meet my desires. I told the housekeeper that I didn't want my room cleaned as I was only there 2 nights. I had the "do not disturb " on but she cleaned it after we went out anyway. The man at Check in was nice.

LikedWonderful helpful staff. Rooms are perfect for a business trip. Comfortable and quiet. Great food. Would highly recommend.
