LikedGreat location, super friendly staff, and so much included in the price. Drinks and buffet style nibbles served every evening. Cute terrace to have drinks - loved everything about the hotel. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Milan

DislikedThe only thing was the storage space for clothing was minimal. But that’s being ultra picky and it really wasn’t an issue

LikedThe rooms were very clean. The hotel's common areas were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like a guest in their home. The location is excellent; it’s a 15-minute walk to the train station and a maximum 20-minute walk to the city center. If you use public transportation, everything is extremely close. The breakfast was wonderful. During the day, you can enjoy drinks and snack appetizers as much as you like. The surroundings are very safe. They separate plastics in the room's trash for recycling, which is fantastic. From now on, this will be the only place I stay when I go to Milan. I already miss it.

LikedI appreciated the breakfast, especially the italian pastries and coffee, as well as the hot dishes. The room's colors and overall style is modern with a city view, the street was right below the room, but the isolation is quite well, so it was calm and quiet. The distinguishing mark of this hotel is the minibar being complimentary. I really liked my stay there.

DislikedVery slight comment about the check in which was quite late for me (3 pm) but they were so kind to guard my luggage for the day. I didn't try their co-working space, but I found it to be a very good idea especially for a work visitor.

LikedI stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic so close to the main streets of Milan. The staff at the hotel were very helpful especially Nicoletta who helped me booked my train trip to Verona for the day. I wanted to train while on holidays and their gym was great to maintain what I needed to do. They have the mini bar which is included and they have food provided during the day from 12.30 to 2.00pm and then again from 5.30pm to 10.30pm. This included drinks (yes wine as well) I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making my stay wonderful and stres free

DislikedThe only fault for this hotel was when I needed the iron it was not available for 2 nights in a row. They have a limited number and if you want to iron anything ask for the iron in the morning.

LikedGreat value for money with many amenities including the well equipped gym. The hotel was in a great location and within walking distance of many great restaurants and the Duomo and Galleria.
