LikedThe staff were friendly and spoke great English and were helpful. Free parking but only if a space available out the front if not parking underground at €18 a day

DislikedThe pool was shut and the pool was one reason I booked this hotel. I ended up paying more and the beer was expensive.

LikedWe stayed in this hotel just overnight and drove then to Italy - Florenz. Quite a big hotel with a lot of space, so we liked it. Eat and drinks were good enough. Our intention was not to stay long like we would do for a longer vacation, but looked more for a stopover. The location is perfect, because it is not far away from downtown, so we could drive easily with the subway to Milan for one day. For a longer stay i would not recommend it for a family, because i think for kids there are nicer places, but again that was not our intention. Beside that all, the hotel service was very nice as well as their recommendations. Food and drink was not luxury, but they had all an average person needs. We can't complain and can recommend that hotel easily for 2 - 4 nights to see Milan or as a stopover.

LikedThere was fresh drinkwater everyday for free. Which I think that should be normal for a country where you cannot drink water from the tap

DislikedWe asked for cleaning our room, but it was not done properly. All the empty waterbottles were still in the room and the plates were not cleaned up
