LikedBed was comfy Sheets were nice and fresh Room cleaned every day Outside space, although beside a busy road, was nice. Nice tables and chairs and lighting. And good table service.

DislikedDidn't like fact you have to go downstairs to lift up, especially if you have big cases or mobility issues Lift was tiny, barely fit 2 people Room very tight, half a step from my side of bed to bathroom, literally. Smallest double bedroom we've ever stayed in Breakfast room was small. Breakfast itself was ok Some reception staff not very friendly (one older gentleman was very friendly and communicative)

LikedAmazing location, with the Duomo down the street to the left, and Sant Lorenzo Maggiore within eyesight to the right. Ample breakfast. Charming and helpful staff. Modern, updated construction. Treated to cookies and tea with hotpot in room. Everything within 25 minutes walk. Close to Cadorna Station for a quick day trip to Lake Como. Great toiletries. Slippers provided.

DislikedVery modern glass stairs, which requires care to see well where steps begin.
