LikedA neat and beautiful hotel in an attractive location in Milan, with private parking, exceptional and friendly staff, and close to the metro makes the hotel a really good choice.

DislikedAn extremely small bathroom in which one person can hardly reach all the elements. Coffe is not offered in the room.

LikedIt was in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Loreto metro station. The room was spacious and clean. Even though the room was ok the ground floor, it felt safe with 24/7 reception and having shutters and metal bars on the ground floor windows. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel and stay in again if ever back in Milan.

DislikedVery minor dislike, which is mainly personal preference, but would have preferred a normal bathroom door rather than a plane toilet style door.

DislikedInformation about their hotels location was not the exact truth. Needed more than twenty minutes to the nearest underground.!!!! Important for people to know when choosing to stay here. would have appreciated an honest review !! Room spacious and clean. the shower could do with a renovation.

LikedVery helpfull staff. Great location. Close to metro station. Only 10 min by metro to Milano Centrale and 15 to Duomo (Cathedral). Highly recommended.

LikedThe staff was accommodating and kind. I recommend this hotel, and I will get back soon. The hotel is situated in a good position for a tourist town walk. The meals were tasty.
