LikedLocation is fine to visit the leaning tower and the city center. Staff was nice.

DislikedWhile we were out for breakfast, someone entered the room to take care about some maintenance work. While we were in the room, someone unlocked the door and entered the room. In both cases, we felt that our privacy was violated.
