DislikedI felt so disappointed about this hotel, first, I didn’t even know they would charge me nearly 300 pounds deposit before I got there; secondly, it’s been a whole month since I left the hotel but I still haven’t received my deposit back, also when I asking the receptionist when my deposit can back she said she will call someone make sure, but then not any more response now. This deposit is a huge number for me as a uni student that’s why I care so much about it. Best regards

DislikedFor quite a pricey stay this hotel is not worth it, we had flies all over our room and when we opened the window there was about 100 of them that came in which we couldn’t get rid of, we also asked for a large double bed and was given two singles put together which was massively inconvenient and the sheet didn’t even cover us both. Overall the decor is outdated and needs a bit of a refresh, it was a bad stay especially as it was my birthday I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel!

LikedLocated close to the train station and the tourist attractions are not far. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. If you want to get away from the tourist crowds, this location is a good fit - simply cross the street and explore that neighborhood. We found several nice city parks and restaurants in this area.
