LikedThe hotel is located half an hour's walk from the historical center. The staff was kind and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out

DislikedIt is quite inconvenient to get to the central station. No direct transport. If you travel light, this doesn't matter. Breakfast was not included in the price.

LikedProperty well kept clean by the staff every morning each day. Also near to bus stops and restaurants. Just 15-20 min bust ride to the Duomo and 20+ minutes to Piazzale Michaleangelo.

Liked✅ Very comfortable hard bed, a small pleasant pillow. ✅ I slept very well. ✅ Location.

DislikedI've seen people complained about how old this place is, unfortunately I have to agree. Poorly equipped rooms, kettle only next to the reception desk. Kettle made of plastic, after boiling water smells plastic. Such devices should be banned. Lack of Wi-Fi?

LikedIt is really easy to get to downtown, private room option with too much space, cleaning was good thanks to the staff who dealt with it.

DislikedThere could be a wifi pass in the room instead of putting it in the lobby it doesn’t make sense, if you’re contacting with the custom in private about check in information then it is normal to be expected to get some minor information on whatsapp as well instead of giving directions to the lobby to the customer. There were a lot of mosquitos in the first day.
