LikedFriendly staff and helpful, location.

DislikedHotel staff keep open the room door all the time, even if I hang don't disturb and the door are looked, they still can open the door without knock. It's very strange.

DislikedOne afternoon, we came back to our room at 4pm to find housekeeping cleaning in the room. We had to wait in the lobby for half an hour for them to finish (they clean well, by the way)

DislikedThe lobby always stinks of sewage odor which is very weird for pricy facility. During our stay the only provided 1 bottle of mineral water and 1 bottle of sparkling water.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone for its good location and excellent service. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room is clean and setup properly. Breakfast is delicious with afternoon tea service provided.
