LikedThe Westin Excelsior is simply the perfect hotel in Florence. The location and service are impeccable. It is an impressive and historic building, beautifully maintained and in spot condition. Beds are so comfortable and sheets are soft. Breakfast includes all the choices you would expect for such a hotel.

DislikedWe should have stayed longer, 3 nights was not enough.

LikedLocation is excellent. The lobby looked very festive and it was very nice during the holiday.

DislikedI was surprised to learn that there isn’t a coffee machine in the room. Morning coffee is really important for me while traveling and I wanted to get it from the comfort of my room.
