Hotel Boccaccio

LikedThe hotel was conveniently located near train station. We were there for five nights and I returned on my own before my trip home to USA. The rooms were cleaned daily! The staff were amazing. When I arrived after very long journey and three planes, Albi greeted me enthusiastically. He made my afternoon by getting me hot tea even though restaurant closed. He greeted every person as they walked in door. The young woman in the restaurant were lovely and so positive and friendly. The staff was helpful and made me feel comfortable coming back on my own. They accommodated my need to change plans when my flights were rescheduled.

LikedStaff on check in was so friendly and helpful. He remembered our children's names and it was great to feel welcome. Location was fantastic and it was easy to be able to walk to everything from there. They helpfully stored our bags on check out and it made it so easy to explore in the morning then hop on the train in the afternoon. Breakfast was really yummy and more options than most Italian breakfasts.

DislikedRooms were on small side but location and price made up for this.

LikedGreat location. The staff were amazing. My cousin was arriving from the US and had never travelled to Italy before. Unfortunately I was delayed, but the staff looked after her until I arrived and made her feel welcome. A big shout out to Albi who greets you like a long lost friend, and made some great recommendations for restaurants, booking two for us. The girls at breakfast also deserve a mention. All in all a great stay, in a convenient location. Hotel clean and comfortable.

LikedStaff was awesome. Font desk helpful, attentive and personable. Restaurant personal always pleasant and smiling. Very attentive.

DislikedPatio was not attractive. Dirty. Appeared abandoned.
