This hotel is located close to everything that you want to see in Florence. Literally everything is in walking distance. The front staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. The views from the sixth floor dining area were spectacular.

LikedWe were a little too close to the Ponte Vecchio and it was noisy at night because of all of the activity. Ask for a room not facing the bridge. The buffet breakfast was great. the staff was nice and helpful.

DislikedThe shower was extremely tight and getting in and out was challenging because of the height of the tub

LikedThis was my second stay at this hotel, and in 6 years it was nice to see it has stayed the same welcoming and friendly place. Its central location meant we could easily go out and come back to rest in peace and quiet away from the crowds, before wandering out again. Its simplicity and the smoothly run service were great. We ate in the restaurant one night. Amazing food from a simple menu, with some of the best roof top views over the city, served by super helpful staff, and it was peaceful but not too quiet

DislikedOdor upon entering hotel by elevator. Thermostat did not work accurately. Needed to open shutters to let the cool air in. The room was too hot. The showers are too high up and dangerous to step into and out of.
