DislikedThe glass surrounding the atrium was really very dirty and although it was outside it was not very pleasant to look at.

LikedThe hotel is very well situated for walking around Florence - easy access to all the sights and museums some good restaurants in the same road. Staff friendly and helpful. There is a private garage nextdoor at 30 euros as day which is efficient and helpful.

DislikedOnly B&B is offered with the breakfast being very straightforward. the hotel is spacious but tired in decor. the 'art' aspect is just some paintings in the lobby and rather strange headboards in the rooms. unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working for the first two nights in our room so we had to open the window - with a lot of overnight street noise as a result. Better once adjusted and working on the third might. 4 star in space terms, but not really keeping up with current standards.
