LikedLovely charming boutique hotel within walking distance of the train station. Clean, spacious, comfortable, room with charming architectural detail & magnificent view! The hotel staff were very pleasant & helpful. The hotel offered breakfast, but we chose to eat in various cafes instead, as we had scheduled several day trips that left early. Hotel’s location is very close to the Duomo & Mercato Centrale…and easy walking to other sites in Florence. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel! Thank you!!

LikedThe location of the hotel was spot on. Close to the Duomo (obviously), Uffizi, bridge across to Palazzo Pitti, all within a few minutes' walk. You really felt you were in the heart of this beautiful city. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. The breakfast was outstanding with hot, cold, sweet, savoury, gluten free and vegan options with a terrace outside. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with a refreshing hot shower. The staff were polite and welcoming and reception is manned 24/7. We would definitely stay here again - the location is a winner.

DislikedThe A/C unit was controlled centrally so for most of the time it was on 'fan only' mode, which was frustrating in the hot weather.
