Balcony

LikedThe location was great for me, after a long trip in train, it was nice to get to the hotel very easily, crossing some avenues and making a few turns. It's close to the Florence Santa Maria Novella Centrale train station. They also offer the chance to have breakfast, which is good to start the day, not very fancy but for the price, definitely, worth it! & it's a buffet style.

DislikedIf you are carrying more than a luggage, you will need to carry it for a few stairs since they don't have an elevator.

LikedGood location but it was a bit basic, it's a 2 star not a 3 star hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very very helpful. Our room was an economy room but was tiny, so I'd book a larger room if you stay. Breakfast was ok but could have done with more fruit and some fresh croissants.

DislikedThe rooms are ok, but nothing more. Tends to be very small, better to book the larger room. The breakfast is really not good. There is only toast and cake. I've never had such a bad breakfast in a hotel.

LikedThis is a marvellously convenient and comfortable hotel one could find in Firenzi run by the most warm, sincere and resourceful family. The location is just brilliant allowing every place of interest to be reacched in minujtes on foot as well as being close the trains station. The recommendations by the Hotel Owners for food, drinks and places enriched my experience.

DislikedI stayed in a single room with a balcony. The room was a bit small but the balcony access was refreshing and fun.
