LikedGreat location for walking to the city, we parked right next to the hotel on the street, but there is also a parking garage nearby (24 euros/day). The staff was friendly, the room was clean. I recommend.

DislikedThe mattress was uncomfortable, everything else was ok.

LikedHonestly nothing. just that there is a bus station 100 meters from the Hotel.

DislikedThe location wasn't very nice as it was inside a street. So it gets pretty dark at night. The front desk staff was not welcoming at all. He lacked hospitality. We had booked a attic room by mistake, and we were fine with thaking that room or upgrading. But the front desk guy said "Maybe you just looked at the cheap price" which was quite offensive. The bathroom door would not lock. There was no lift to the 2nd floor so had to carry our luggage. Also the staircase was too narrow. Being our first day in Italy didn't leave a good impression.
