LikedAmazing breakfast! It was one of the best meals we had. The location is excellent right on the river and the quiet courtyard is beautfil and unique. We loved it and the history of the property.

DislikedThe bathroom could use an update.

LikedBest breakfast we had in Florence. Enjoyed the roof top lounge and getting a drink at the lobby bar.

LikedThe staff were lovely - always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room had an amazing high, decorated ceiling; the bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was more modern and clean, towels were good quality. Location was excellent. Roof terrace was great.

DislikedThe electricity points were low down and behind bits of furniture so were tricky to get to. One plug hole did not work. Had to boil the kettle on the floor. Breakfast - cooked hot breakfast was often cold - although you could ask for omelette or fried eggs made to order which was hot. Cold continental breakfast was nicer.

LikedThe rooms were spacious, big, and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful, they booked a taxi for me to the airport. It was nicely located along the Arno, the attached restaurant for breakfast and dinner was exceptional.
